You can find Jai Guru Dev Enterprises tucked away at No. 251/ C in Shri Ram Nagar. Shahdara is a crowded place, and our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with whatever supplies are needed that day. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything is in order. The shelves stay pretty full because you never know what someone might walk in and ask for. We have been in this corner of the neighborhood for quite some time. Dealing with the locals and the regular traffic is just part of the daily life here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the stock, but we find what we need. Shri Ram Nagar has a lot of houses and small businesses, so it’s a lively spot to work in. We try to keep things simple. If we have it, we sell it. If we don’t, we tell you where to find it. That’s how we’ve always run things. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people carrying bags of groceries. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our shop door is always open to let in some light. We have a small counter where we handle all the transactions. It’s an old wooden thing that has been with us since the start. There is a lot of history in these walls, even if it’s just a simple enterprise. We don't use any fancy software to track our things; a good old ledger and a pen do the job just fine for us.
