Yamuna Vihar is where we set up R K Enterprises. It’s a lively part of Bhajanpura, so there is never a quiet moment outside the door. We spend most of our time sorting through stock and making sure things go where they need to go. It’s a basic operation here, nothing too complicated. We don’t have those big glass windows or a lobby. Instead, we have shelves piled with whatever we’re dealing with that week. The morning starts with tea and a look at what needs doing. We get people calling in or stopping by, usually looking for something specific they can’t find elsewhere in the market. It gets a bit crowded in here sometimes, especially when a new delivery arrives and we have to find space for it on the floor. My hands stay busy most of the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you know who you’re talking to when you walk in. The street noise is part of the job, and we’ve gotten used to the honking and the crowds outside. It’s a practical way to spend the day, really. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders.
