We’ve been over here on the Main 100 Feet Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in North Chajjupur, right near Konark Public School. Most people in Shahdara know the area. We do engineering work, mostly fixing things or making parts that people need for their machines. It isn't a fancy setup, just a workshop where we keep busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the road gets really crowded with traffic, but we manage. We’ve got some old machines and some newer ones too. It’s just how we make a living. Usually, it's just a few of us here. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. If someone comes in with a problem or a part that’s broken, we take a look and see what we can do. The noise from the school kids nearby is something we're used to by now. It keeps the place feeling alive. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s dusty, and there’s always grease around, but that’s the nature of engineering. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home to us. People stop by to chat or ask about a job, and we just tell them how it is. No big speeches here. Just a local shop doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We hope to stay here for many more years.
