If you go down Gali No. 2 in Bihari Colony, you will find our shop at S-17. A.G.S. Electricals Co. has been a part of this Shahdara neighborhood for as long as I can remember. It is a small space, packed with wires, switches, and all sorts of electrical components. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to turn around, but we know where every single screw and fuse is kept. The shop gets quite dusty because of all the movement on the street outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. We aren't some big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It is a working shop where people come when they need something specific for a repair or a project. Most days are spent untangling cords or checking stock levels. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the sun hitting the front of the building, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. We know the regulars by name and they know us. It is the kind of place where you can just stop by and talk for a minute while we look for a part. Nothing too complicated happens here, just the usual grind of a local business in a busy colony. We like being in this part of Shahdara because everything is close by and the people are generally friendly once you get to know them.
