S.G.Estates Ltd. is based out of 80, Main Shyam Park. We are located in Gali No.4, which is right in the heart of Sahibabad in the Ghaziabad district. The street can get a bit noisy with the local traffic and people moving about, but that is just part of being in U.P. Our office is a simple place where we manage all our property records and talk to people about land and houses. It’s not a very big office, but it works for what we need to do. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere nearby, and we spend a lot of our time looking through big registers or talking on the phone. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. People from the neighborhood often walk past and wave. We have been in this spot for a good while, so we know the local area quite well. Most days, we are just sitting here handling the paperwork that comes with real estate.
