Down in Nihal Vihar, you’ll find our office for Sewasons Construction Pvt Ltd at RBZ 8. New Delhi 41 is a crowded place and there’s always a lot going on in our neighborhood. We started this construction business to help get buildings up in this part of the city. Delhi has so many rules and regulations about building that it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. Instead, we have a small space where we keep our blueprints and talk to our crews. It gets a bit loud sometimes because the street is always active. We do the kind of work that requires getting your hands dirty. Whether it's brickwork or basic structural stuff, we take it as it comes. We aren't some massive firm with hundreds of offices. We’re just here in Nihal Vihar trying to build things that last. Sometimes the rain slows us down or the traffic makes getting materials hard, but that’s just Delhi life. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of the people we work for are local or found out about us through someone else. We keep things straightforward. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some site photos. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep working for another year. It isn't always perfect but we try to be fair and get the walls straight before the sun sets.
