We are located at B-124 in Panchsheel Vihar, which is part of Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 in New Delhi. This part of the city is quite crowded but it has a life of its own. Our office is in a residential block, which is pretty common for smaller setups in Delhi. It makes the whole work day feel a bit less stiff. The building is a standard brick structure and we are on one of the floors there, surrounded by other houses and small shops. Navigating the lanes of Sheikh Sarai can be tricky if you are not from around here, but once you find B-124, it is pretty straightforward. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and coordinating with our teams out on various sites. Delhi weather is either very hot or quite cold, so our office environment changes with the seasons. In the winter, we keep the doors shut to stay warm, and in the summer, the air conditioner is always humming in the background. It is a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There is no big corporate hierarchy felt in these rooms. We just sit around, discuss the current projects, and try to get things done on time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this city. It is a no-nonsense place for people who just want to work hard.
