Seven Girls Wear

Seven Girls Wear is tucked away in Karol Bagh, specifically over at No. 16/667- E on Tank Road. If you try to find us, just look for Gali No. 3, which most people call Sri Ganesh Gali. It’s a narrow spot and it gets very crowded with people shopping and carts moving through. We have clothes everywhere in the shop. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for all the stock we have coming in. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and hanging things up. The fans stay on all day because it gets warm with all the fabric around. People come in and out looking for things, and we just try to help them find what they need. Karol Bagh is always loud, so there is constant noise from the street outside our door. We’ve been in this gali for a while, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a lot of work keeping the shelves neat because things get moved around so much during the day. We usually close up late in the evening once the crowds start to thin out. It’s a simple business, really. We just focus on the clothes and making sure we have enough space to walk around. No big fancy displays, just plenty of stuff to look at. We keep a small radio in the corner to listen to the news while we work.
