Our place is located at D-212 in the Bawana Industrial Area. It’s a big sector and can be hard to find if you aren't looking for the DSIDC signs. We deal with power systems and a lot of heavy equipment. The warehouse is usually full of batteries and units waiting to be shipped out. It's noisy because of the machinery nearby and the trucks constantly loading in the lane. We’ve been operating out of Sec-2Bawana for quite some time now. The staff comes in early to get the testing done. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking cables and making sure the voltage is right. There are crates stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. We have a small office area tucked in the front but most of the action happens on the floor. It gets dusty in Bawana, especially in the summer months. We keep a regular schedule. Some of the neighbors are in textiles or plastics, so it's a real mix of businesses around us. We don't do much in terms of fancy advertising. Most people find us because they need something fixed or they heard we had the right parts in stock. We just focus on getting the systems ready. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late and we have to stay a bit longer than we planned. It's just part of working in an industrial zone like this one. We don't have much time for small talk, just the work at hand.
