Serco Bpo

We’ve been here at Budh Vihar Phase-1 for a good while now. The office is located at U-1/65. It is a pretty busy spot with people always coming and going for their different shifts. Serco Bpo is just the name on the door but really it's just a group of us handling calls and all sorts of computer work throughout the day. Sometimes the internet works perfectly and sometimes we are just sitting around waiting for the technician to show up and fix the line. That's just how things go around here. We deal with a lot of data and voice stuff. It gets quite loud in the main room when everyone is on the phone at the same time. You know how these places are. We have a small tea stall right outside where we usually go to take our breaks. It’s not a fancy office building by any means, just a regular place in the local neighborhood. Some of the staff live really close by so they just walk to work every morning. Others have to take the bus or the metro. We just try to get through the daily tasks one by one. There is always a lot of paperwork and digital files that need to be organized. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big project is due. It involves a lot of sitting and typing for hours. The neighbors know us as the place that’s always lit up even at night. We just do our bit to keep moving.
