Senior Manager

I work as a Senior Manager and my base is at Lig 94 in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. This is an LIG flat, which means it is a modest residential space that I have turned into my office. Sarita Vihar is a well-known neighborhood in South Delhi, and it is mostly made up of these types of housing blocks. Working from Lig 94 is very convenient because it is a quiet area compared to the main roads. My office is just a couple of rooms with some simple wooden furniture and a lot of folders. I do not have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at the front door. You just walk up the stairs like you are visiting a friend. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets on my laptop. The balcony looks out over the colony park, so I see people walking their dogs or kids playing while I am on my breaks. It is a very grounded way to manage things. New Delhi can be a very fast-paced city, but inside this flat, things feel a bit more manageable and calm. I have been in this spot for several years, so the local vendors know me well. I do not need a fancy office at a big business park. This flat in Sarita Vihar has everything I need to stay on top of my responsibilities. It is just a normal room where a lot of management work gets finished.
