Sai Safety Workswear

You can find us over in Vijay Vihar Phase I, specifically in Block A of Phase 1. It’s a residential area that has slowly become home to many small businesses like ours. Sai Safety Workswear is located in a ground-floor space that’s filled to the ceiling with rolls of fabric and finished garments. We don't have a showroom with mannequins or bright lights. Instead, you'll see sewing machines and cutting tables where the real work happens. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the main market areas. We have a small crew of people who have been with us since the start. Every morning, we check the orders and get to work on the stitching. The floor is usually covered in scrap pieces of cloth by noon. We use a lot of bright oranges and yellows for the safety gear, so the room always looks quite colorful. There isn’t much space to walk around, but we manage to stay organized in our own way. We take our lunch breaks together in the small alleyway behind the building. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. We’re just a small group of people making clothes that people need for their jobs. If you come by, just knock on the metal shutter. We’re usually inside working away until late in the evening. It is simple, honest work.
