Karoline Global is based in Sector-22. It’s a simple setup we have here. We handle global trade and sourcing, which sounds bigger than it actually looks in the office. Mostly, it’s just us on the phones and checking emails all day. We’ve been operating out of Sector-22 for some years. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get to. The office isn't anything special. We have some shelves with samples and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't really care about the decor much. As long as the internet works and the phones ring, we are good to go. We deal with people from all over, so the hours can be a bit strange sometimes. You might find someone here late at night or very early in the morning. We don't have any fancy titles or a strict dress code. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. Dealing with international stuff can be a headache with all the time zones and paperwork. We just take it one shipment at a time. Sector-22 is a nice place to work from. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick bite. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to keep our business running and help our clients. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up and do our best to stay organized despite the daily chaos.
