Our office is located out in Village Pipradh, near the Hethuwan post office in Buxar, Bihar. It's right in the Rajpur police station area. This is where we handle the local side of our infrastructure projects. It’s a very rural spot, quite different from our other locations. We are basically operating out of a local residence there. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. Dealing with construction and infrastructure in Buxar has its own set of challenges, from getting materials delivered on time to managing the local labor. We don’t have any fancy office equipment or glass partitions. It’s just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs where we keep our records and meet with the foremen. The roads around here can be tough during the rainy season, but we manage to get things done. We focus on getting the work finished according to the plans we get. There isn't any corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to happen on the ground. People come to us when they have questions about the local work. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble. It’s a quiet life when we aren't busy with a big project, but things can get very active very quickly when a new site opens up nearby. We usually have some local snacks and tea for anyone who stops by to chat about the construction.
