We are located at No. 10/5a in Sarva Priya Vihar. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to some parts of Delhi, but our office is almost always humming with activity. We have stacks of different collections all over the place. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfectly spaced out. Instead, you’ll find samples on the chairs and notebooks full of sketches on the tables. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of the fabrics and making sure the colors match what we wanted. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute I’m answering the phone, and the next I’m helping pack a box for a customer. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules here. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of things to do. Sometimes the afternoon heat makes us slow down, but there’s always more work to get back to. We focus on the details of the clothes because that’s what we actually do all day. It’s a practical way of working. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or long meetings. We’d rather be looking at the actual products. The building is simple, and our setup is even simpler. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is something we’re okay with.
