Sarathi Builder Pvt Ltd. is located in the Laxminagar area of New Delhi. We are at F-193/549B, which is right near the Mangal Bazar. If you know the Top Flower landmark, we are very close to that. Being near a market like Mangal Bazar means it is always noisy and crowded outside. There are vendors, shoppers, and rickshaws everywhere. Our office is a small space tucked away from all that chaos. We focus on building work, so we have a lot of samples of tiles, bricks, and wood lying around the place. It’s not the cleanest office in Delhi, but it’s where we get the actual work done. We spend our days talking to laborers and checking on construction sites across the city. Laxminagar is a busy hub, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just a few of us handling the accounts and the site management. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait, or we use the light from the windows. It’s a very local way of doing things.
