Sanskar Properties

Sanskar Properties is our little office over in Ashok Vihar. We are at B-749 in the Weavers Colony, specifically in Ashok Vihar Phase 4. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that’s the charm of this part of Delhi. We have been working out of this spot for a long time, so we know every lane and corner around here. The office is usually full of maps and registers where we keep notes on all the houses and shops in the colony. We don't really do anything flashy. Most people just find us by walking past or because a neighbor told them about us. We spend our mornings drinking tea and talking to people who are looking to buy or sell something in the area. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for the right person to show up. Ashok Vihar has always been a popular spot, so things move pretty quickly around here. We try to keep up with the prices, which seem to change every other month. Our chairs are a bit old and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it’s home to us. We handle all kinds of property work, from small rentals to bigger family homes. It’s just us doing our job, day in and day out, making sure people find what they are looking for in this neighborhood. We don’t have a website or anything big, just our name on the board outside.
