Sanjeev Constructions

Sanjeev Constructions is located in Lado Sarai, New Delhi, specifically at F-125. We share the space with Rajender Singh, who has been around the area for years. Being in South Delhi means we are always in the middle of some kind of hustle. Construction here is always interesting because of the old buildings and the new rules that keep coming up. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. Our work is mostly done on-site, where the real action happens. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the guys have what they need. It’s a practical business that relies on being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Lado Sarai is a place where reputations are built by word of mouth, and we’ve worked hard to be known as people who just do the job. We handle all sorts of masonry, plumbing, and structural work. It gets messy and loud, but that’s the reality of construction. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just build and fix things. Sometimes we have tea with the clients and talk about how the neighborhood has changed since we first started. It’s a good way to live, being involved in the physical landscape of the city. We’re just regular people who know how to build stuff that lasts.
