Sana Telenetworks is based out of Aligarh, specifically at 4/486 Firdous Nagar, near A.M.U. It’s a lively part of town because of the university being so close. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s where we manage all the technical stuff and the networking gear. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place with a lot of cables and desks. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and making sure connections are working like they should. In Aligarh, everyone knows everyone, so we try to keep a decent reputation just by doing the work. We aren't a giant telecom giant, just a private limited company that focuses on getting things done right here. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is some issue to fix or a new setup to put in. We use the same tools and equipment as the big guys, but we talk to you like neighbors. Firdous Nagar is a good home for us. We’ve seen a lot of students and locals pass by our door over the years. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the work to speak for itself. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of patience for when the technology acts up. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the list of things to do for the day.
