Sam(India)Builtwell Pvt Ltd

We’ve been running Sam(India)Builtwell Pvt Ltd for a while now. Most people find us over at Balbant Singh’s place, House Number 21 in New Gopal Nagar. It’s right on Khaira Road, just behind Yadav Bhawan in the Najafgarh area of Delhi-43. Usually, someone is around the office if you need to drop by. It’s a local spot, nothing fancy. We deal with building stuff and construction projects around here. My name’s on the door and we just try to get the work done right. The neighborhood knows us pretty well since we've been at this address for years. Sometimes the road gets a bit busy, but it's easy enough to find if you look for the landmark. We keep our tools and paperwork here. It isn't a big glass building or anything, just a regular place where we manage the day-to-day operations. If you’re coming from the main part of Delhi, it takes a bit of a drive to get out to Najafgarh, but we like it here. The local community is good and we know the neighbors. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements. Most of our talk happens face to face. We've got the space set up for what we need. It's just us working out of this house in New Gopal Nagar, making sure the projects stay on track. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the business. It’s been a long journey but we keep moving.
