Shree Ganesh Plastic

Shree Ganesh Plastic is situated at Khasra No. 136/2 in Village Badli. This part of the village has a lot of small industries and warehouses tucked away. Our building is a simple structure where we handle plastic materials. There is usually the hum of an extruder or a molding machine in the background. It can get quite loud, so we have to speak up to hear each other. We deal with various types of plastic, mostly raw bits or finished small items. The floor is often covered with little plastic pellets that seem to get everywhere no matter how much we sweep. It’s a basic operation. We don’t have an HR department or a reception desk. You just walk in and find someone working. We keep an eye on the machines and make sure the heat settings are correct so the plastic doesn't burn. The smell is something you get used to after a few days. We work in shifts to keep the production going when there is a big order to finish. Loading the bags onto the trucks takes a lot of effort, but we have a couple of guys who are used to the heavy lifting. Life here revolves around the production cycle and the delivery schedule. It’s a practical business, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on getting the job done right. Sometimes we share a tea in the afternoon while the machines take a short break to cool down.
