We are located in the Gandhi Nagar area, specifically on Shivaji Gali, which is one of those places that stays busy from very early in the morning. Samaira Lifestyle Private Limited is tucked away near the Gandhi Nagar Police Station, so we are right in the heart of all the local trade and movement. The streets here are narrow and can be quite a challenge when we have deliveries coming in or going out. Most of our time is spent inside looking at fabrics or checking through the latest batches of lifestyle items that come through. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and sorting through piles of stock. The office area is just a small part of the building, mostly filled with registers and some samples we keep on the wall. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for everything, but we manage to find a spot for every new shipment. The noise from the market outside never really stops, so you get used to the shouting and the horns. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We are more concerned with making sure the inventory is correct and that the staff knows what to do for the day. It’s a practical way of working in a very fast-paced part of Delhi. We just take things one day at a time and keep the business running as best as we can.
