Salcon

Salcon is tucked away in East of Kailash, at number 216. If you know New Delhi-65, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different blocks and the narrow streets. Our office is a quiet enough place in the middle of all that chaos. We don’t have a big sign out front or a lot of staff running around in suits. It’s mostly just a few of us in a regular room with some desks and computers. We spend our time working on our projects and talking to people on the phone. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always someone walking by or a car trying to park in a tight spot. We like it here because it feels like a real part of the city, not some sterile office park. There’s a tea vendor nearby where we sometimes go for a break. We don't really follow any corporate scripts or have a fancy philosophy. We just come in, do what we’re supposed to do, and go home to our families. It’s a simple life. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that’s just life in Delhi. We don't complain much, we just get back to work once things are fixed. It’s a decent place with decent people who have been around this neighborhood for quite some time now. We aren't looking to change much about how we work or where we are.
