We’re located in the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, specifically at L-1/154-B. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how these blocks are laid out. It’s a busy area and finding a spot for your car is always a bit of a headache. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s not a showroom where you come to browse. It’s more of a home base for our daily operations. We deal with glass and all sorts of building stuff. There’s usually a pile of blueprints or glass samples on the main table in the middle of the room. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially in the mornings. The neighbors know us as the glass people in the building. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. Most of our business comes from people in the neighborhood or builders who’ve used our materials before. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with the local markets, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we’re not. We don’t wear suits or have fancy meetings with slides. We just talk to people and get the materials where they need to go. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the heavy Delhi traffic, which is just a fact of life here. We keep it honest.
