Getting to B-184 in Gali No.16 here in Khajuri Khas can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow streets. We have been operating out of this space for a while, tucked away in the middle of all the noise and activity of the neighborhood. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we get the work done. Inside, it’s usually quite loud with the sound of the machines and the staff talking over each other to get things sorted. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day, mostly just keeping up with the schedule and making sure the inventory doesn’t get too messy. The Gali is always crowded with bikes and people moving goods, so loading and unloading takes a lot of patience. It’s a bit cramped, and we are constantly moving boxes around just to find a bit of walking space. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused, especially when the afternoon slump hits. There isn't a lot of talk about big goals or fancy plans here. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. It is a local operation through and through, run by people who live nearby and understand how this part of town works. We just focus on the day ahead of us and the tasks at hand.
