Polo Industries

If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know how tight the lanes can get. Our place, Polo Industries, is tucked away in Gali Ahiran on Bahadur Garh Road, at number 4257. It’s a narrow street where carts and people are always pushing past each other. Finding us for the first time is usually a bit of a challenge because the signs are small and the buildings look similar. We operate out of a few rooms that are filled to the ceiling with stock. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system and it works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to breathe. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy moving things in and out to really worry about that. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the inventory stays correct. It gets very loud during the peak market hours, so we have to shout sometimes to be heard over the noise of the street. It’s a bit of a grind, but it is what we know. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon. It is a crowded spot, but it has everything we need to keep the business running daily. Most days we just keep the doors open and get through the list of tasks.
