You can find S. S. Pharma tucked away at No. 1721/22 in Ram Gali. We are part of the Bhagirath Palace area in Chandni Chowk, which is a place that never really sleeps. If you've ever been down these lanes, you know how crowded and narrow they can get. It's a maze of shops and people everywhere you look. Our space is typical for the neighborhood—small, packed with stock, and always a bit noisy from the street vendors outside. We have been operating out of this location for quite some time now. There is a lot of history in these walls, even if they could use a fresh coat of paint. We don't have a fancy lobby or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. It’s more about the work here. We spend our days sorting through orders and talking to the people who come through the door. Everyone in the lane knows each other, so there’s a bit of a community feel despite the chaos of Chandni Chowk. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a few minutes, or the rain makes the alleyways a bit messy, but we just carry on. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just get the boxes moved and the invoices signed. S. S. Pharma is just a small part of the big market here, doing what we do every single day without much fuss.
