S. K. Paints Chemical

Our shop is over at 211/204, Govind Mohalla in the Haiderpur area. It’s a local neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. There is always the faint smell of paint or thinner in the air when you walk in, which I guess we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We don’t have a big showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have stacks of cans and containers all over the place. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Most of the people who come by are local painters or folks from around the mohalla who need a bit of something for a project. We aren't trying to be a huge brand; we just focus on having the right stuff in stock. Sometimes we have to order things in if someone wants a specific chemical or a certain type of finish. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a hassle. We just take it as it comes. It's a simple life here, running a paint business and talking to the people who stop by. We aren't fancy, just a local business doing its thing in Haiderpur. Most days we’re just busy mixing or checking the inventory against the handwritten lists we keep. We close up when the sun goes down and start again the next morning.
