Our shop is at Plot No. 1349, up on the second floor. We’re in Kalan Mahal, right on the main road in Daryaganj. Daryaganj is always a bit chaotic with the markets and all the people, but that’s what makes it interesting. Being on the second floor means we’re a little bit away from the street noise, though it still drifts up. We do electrical work, which covers a lot of ground. It could be anything from fixing a circuit to helping with bigger wiring jobs. It’s an old building, so it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time. Everyone knows the main road here. The workspace is filled with wire rolls, testers, and old catalogs. We don’t bother with fancy decorations. We’d rather just have the right tools ready when someone walks in with a problem. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but people don't seem to mind once they get inside. We talk to our customers like neighbors because most of them are. There’s no corporate script here; we just say it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we’ll tell you straight. Daryaganj has a certain rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the wires and switches and making sure things are safe for everyone around. It's just how we work here.
