We are over in Rohini Sector-3, right at C-13/54. It’s a pretty normal spot in this part of Delhi. As Rv Akash Ganga Infrastructure Ltd, we spend most of our time dealing with the actual details of building and construction. Rohini is such a huge area, and being in Sector-3 puts us right in the middle of everything. Our office is where we keep all the project folders and meet with the people who do the heavy work on the sites. It isn’t a polished showroom at all. It is just a place for us to work and get things organized. We have many meetings about how to move materials through the city traffic, which is always a bit of a nightmare in Delhi. We’ve been at this for years, so we know that things don't always go exactly as planned. We just try to fix the issues when they happen. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy advertisements. We just have people who know how to read site plans and manage workers. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it feels like a regular place to be. We’ve built up our business just by being here and doing the work. Sometimes it is loud and messy, but that is just the way construction is. We keep our heads down and focus on the next job.
