Royal Infraconstru Ltd

We are based in a small village called Kohra, out in the Kushinagar district. It’s a quiet part of Uttar Pradesh. Royal Infraconstru Ltd has a setup here near the Mathiya Naryepur post office. Being in a rural area means things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. We deal with a lot of local labor and try to keep things moving on the sites nearby. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud. We spend a lot of time just coordinating where the trucks need to go. It’s a lot of practical work, nothing too flashy. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby towns, so we know the land well. Our office is simple, just enough space for the records and a place to sit. Sometimes we have to travel quite a distance into Padruna for supplies or to meet people. It’s a lot of driving back and forth. People in the village know us as the construction folks. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just talk to people face to face. It’s how business is done in this part of Kushinagar. We take the work as it comes and try to do right by the local community. We often have to wait for parts to come in from the bigger cities, which can be a test of patience. There’s a lot of sitting around and drinking tea while we wait for the rain to stop so we can get back to work. It’s just the way it goes here. We don't mind the slower pace sometimes.
