Royal Impex Delhi

If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazaar, you know how crowded and hectic it can get. We are located right in the middle of it at Shop No. 49 in the Swadeshi Market, specifically on Gali Matke Wali. It’s a narrow lane where you always have to watch out for handcarts and people rushing by. Royal Impex Delhi has been in this shop for years, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. The shop is small and packed with stock from floor to ceiling. There’s barely enough room for two people to stand comfortably sometimes. We spend a lot of our time shouting over the noise of the market to talk to customers or the delivery guys. The dust from the street always seems to find its way inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves. We don't have a website or any of that modern stuff. People just know our face and where to find us. Every afternoon, the tea man comes by with his kettle, and that’s our chance to take a five-minute breather. The heat in the summer can be tough because the air doesn't move much in these narrow alleys. We just keep the shutters open and keep working. It’s a busy, messy, and loud way to make a living, but it’s what we know best.
