Royal Bhutanese Embassy

Our office is located at House Number 1 in Hastsal, over in the Uttam Nagar part of New Delhi. It might seem like a regular house from the outside, but this is where we handle the affairs for the Royal Bhutanese Embassy. We deal with a lot of people coming in for visas or asking questions about traveling and documents. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when the sun is hitting the front gate and people start lining up. We have a small staff here who try to keep things organized, even when the paperwork starts to stack up on the desks. Uttam Nagar is a crowded area, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been at this address for a bit and the locals know us as the place with the official flags. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our computers or talking on the phone to colleagues back home or in other parts of India. It’s a practical setup, not too much decoration, just what we need to get the job done every day. We don’t have a big fancy lobby, just a waiting area and the desks where we do our work. It feels more like a community office than a big government building. We just do our bit to keep things running smoothly, one day at a time, making sure everything is in order for the visitors.
