This branch or office of ours is tucked away in Sahin Bag, right in the Jamiya Nagar area of Okhla. Being at F-275 in the Abul Fazal Inclave makes it a bit of a local landmark for the people living around here who need to drop off documents or talk about their accounts. It isn't like those massive glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a bit more down to earth. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork and the everyday banking needs that people bring to us. The neighborhood is always noisy and full of life, which keeps us on our toes throughout the day. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together in this Delhi office for quite some time. We know the streets around Sahin Bag pretty well and we usually grab lunch at the local spots nearby. It is a bit cramped inside sometimes when it gets busy, but we manage to get through the queue eventually. We just handle the banking side of things for the Royal Bank of Scotland from this corner of Delhi. It’s mostly about processing forms and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. There is nothing very formal about how we talk to each other, but we keep the work moving along. It’s just how we do things in this part of town.
