We are over here in Bhagwan Nagar on the first floor. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. Most days we are just busy sorting through pipe tools and equipment. It gets a bit dusty around here, but that is just part of the job when you deal with hardware. People come in looking for specific parts for their plumbing work or heavy machinery stuff. We have been at this address for a while now. The building is number 60, right there where you can see the main road traffic from the window. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes the afternoon slow, but we keep the fans going and get through the paperwork. It is mostly just us sitting around the desks making sure orders get sent out correctly. We don’t have any fancy showroom or anything, just a practical office where things get done. You have to walk up the stairs since we are not on the ground level. My desk is near the window where I can see what is happening outside on the street. It’s nothing special, just a regular workplace. We handle a lot of calls from technicians and site managers who need tools that won't break on them. The space is a bit cramped with boxes sometimes. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it looks a bit messy. That is just how it goes when you are dealing with industrial stuff.
