Our office is located at C-116 in Saurabh Vihar, which is in the Jaitpur Badar Pur area of New Delhi 44. Roshan Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this part of Delhi for a good number of years. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the local shops and houses. We aren't like those big real estate firms you see on TV with shiny suits. We are just local people who know the Jaitpur and Badarpur property market. We spend our time looking at plots, talking to owners, and helping people find a place to stay or buy. The office is small and usually has a few people coming in and out to ask about prices or paperwork. We have maps on the walls and plenty of registers to keep track of things. It’s a lot of walking and talking most days. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe houses. We just tell you what the size is and what the price looks like. Dealing with property in Delhi can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the rules, so we just try to keep things moving. We’ve lived and worked here long enough to know the streets and the people. It’s a steady job that keeps us connected to the community. We just do our bit in the real estate world here. You can find us at the office most mornings drinking tea and checking the new listings.
