We are over in Avantika Sector 2, right at A-921 in Rohini. It’s a busy part of Delhi85 and we’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most days you’ll find us busy with paperwork or out at a site nearby. Rosewood Construction Ltd. isn't a massive corporate office, just a group of people working on buildings and houses around the city. The office is easy to find if you know the Rohini area well. We handle the usual construction stuff that comes up when people want to fix things or start a new project from the ground up. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other days it’s just us catching up on plans. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No fancy reception desk or anything, just desks, some blueprints, and a lot of tea. If you stop by, you’ll likely see some dust on the boots because that’s the nature of the job. Delhi is always growing and there is always something needing to be built or repaired, so we stay busy enough. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just get to the work at hand. Most of our guys have been doing this for years. We know the local rules and how things get done in this part of town. It’s just how Rosewood Construction Ltd. operates day to day.
