Our shop is located in North Ex Mall, specifically on the 2nd floor in the B 268 unit. Being in Sector-9 Rohini, we get a mix of different people walking by every day. Some people are just there to cool off in the mall air conditioning, and others are actually looking for something to buy. The mall isn't the biggest one in Delhi, but it has its own crowd. We keep the shop as organized as we can, though on busy weekends things tend to get a bit messy. We don't have a huge staff, so we end up doing everything from cleaning the glass to talking to every person who walks in. It is a lot of standing around and waiting for the rush hours. We aren't a big chain with a polished look. Our displays are simple and we change them whenever we feel like the place needs a bit of a fresh look. Sometimes we sit at the front and watch the people go by when it is quiet. It is a bit of a different vibe being inside a mall compared to a street shop. You don't see the weather change, but you know it's getting late when the mall music starts to wind down. We just try to be helpful when someone asks a question. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound more important than it is.
