Shubham Placement Services Rohini is located at No. 326 in the Aggarwal Plaza Commercial Complex, which is in Sector -5 Rohini. It is a very busy commercial hub, so there are always people walking through the corridors and the elevators are always full of people going to different offices. Our office is on the smaller side, but we fit a few desks and some chairs for people who come in to talk to us about jobs. It can get a bit noisy with all the other businesses in the plaza, but we have grown used to the buzz. People come in looking for work or trying to find staff, and we just sit down and talk to them like normal people. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It is just us in this room, making phone calls and checking resumes. The Aggarwal Plaza is a bit of a maze if you have never been here before, but once you find Sector -5, it is not too bad. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons. The walls are a bit plain, maybe with a few calendars hanging up, but it is a functional space. We like being in Rohini because it is easy for people to get to by bus or metro. We just focus on connecting people and making sure the paperwork is handled correctly without any big fuss or complicated processes.
