Operating out of Sadar Bajar in Delhi means things are always moving fast. This area is packed, and we fit right into the middle of it. We deal with mining materials and it’s a heavy business. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to truck drivers about deliveries. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We have been here long enough to know most of the other traders around the market. Handling minerals and stones in such a busy part of Delhi has its challenges, especially with the traffic. We just focus on getting the materials moved from the source to where they need to go. It’s dusty work and involves a lot of coordinating. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or just by seeing our signs. Our day starts early because that's when the trucks start moving. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the materials that the industry needs to keep going. If you come by the shop, you'll probably see us drinking tea and checking the daily prices. It’s a rough and tumble kind of business, but it’s what we do every day. We know the trade well and we just keep our heads down and work.
