Phoel Industries

We are located in Sector 21 of Rohini, specifically in Pocket 12 at unit 124. It’s a typical industrial pocket where everyone knows their neighbors. We’ve been operating out of this unit for several years. It’s not a large space, but it’s enough for our machinery and a small workbench. We do a lot of small-scale industrial work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of grease. The floor is usually a bit messy with metal shavings or oil, though we try to sweep up every evening. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the workshop. The noise of the neighboring units is always in the background, which is just part of being in Rohini. We spend our mornings looking over the drawings for the day's tasks and making sure we have enough material. Lunch is often a tiffin shared among the few of us who work here. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that stuff you see with larger companies. We just rely on doing a decent job so that people come back when they need more work done. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when there's a deadline, but we’re used to it. The power goes out once in a while, so we just take a break until it comes back. That is just how life is here.
