Rockwell Automation

We are located at B5/202 in Krishna Apra Gardens, which is where we handle the Rockwell Automation side of things for this area. It’s basically an apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace, so it feels a lot more relaxed than a standard office building. Most days you’ll find us surrounded by technical manuals, spare parts, and plenty of coffee cups. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see people in expensive suits walking around. We’re usually in jeans or whatever is comfortable for a long day of troubleshooting and sorting out orders. Being in a residential complex means it’s relatively quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on a difficult problem. We get our shipments in and send them out, and we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get a lot of inventory delivered at once, but we make it work. The layout isn't perfect for an office, but we’ve gotten used to where everything is kept. If someone calls, they’re talking to one of us directly, not some automated system or a huge call center. We know the equipment we work with inside and out. It’s just a small local team trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who relies on these systems. It’s honest work and we enjoy the pace of it.
