Our setup is located in Ghaziabad, specifically at B 428, Triple Storey, in Shastri Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s home. The name on the door is Rmc Readymix India Pvt Ltd, though a lot of folks just know us through Yogender Kumar who is based here. We aren't tucked away in some shiny office building. We’re right there on the ground where the action is. Working in Ghaziabad has its own rhythm. The roads can be a bit rough and the pace is fast. We spend our time managing orders for ready-mix concrete and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It's a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. Our office isn't the quietest place, but it's where we get things sorted. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who’ve been with us for years. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our trucks out on the road. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we fix it. If a customer has a question, we answer it. It’s not complicated. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by providing something useful for the builders around here. It's hard work, but someone has to do it. We've got our routines and they seem to work for the most part.
