Riters' Solutions

We are tucked away in the busy lanes of Hauz Qazi at 36, Sumi Market, Phatak Namak, Hauz Qazi, and finding us can be a bit of a trick if you aren't familiar with the area. It’s a dense market, full of all sorts of traders and shops. Our space is small and functional. We don't have much room for anything other than our supplies and a couple of chairs for visitors. The walls are lined with boxes and files. Despite the name Riters' Solutions, we aren't a writing service. We provide various solutions for the local industrial market. The air in the market is always thick with the smell of spices and metal. It’s a very old part of Delhi, and the buildings reflect that history. Our shop has a high ceiling but not much floor space. We spend our days coordinating deliveries and talking to people who walk in from the market. It gets very loud outside with the handcarts and the shouting of the vendors. We’ve grown used to the chaos over the years. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just rely on being here and having what people are looking for. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where we belong. We keep things simple and focus on getting the orders right.
