Rishi properties

We are sitting right here in Shop No 12 over at Geeta Colony. The plot number is 17/133 if you are trying to find us on a map. Rishi properties is just a small shop where we talk about houses and land. It is usually just a couple of us inside. We have got a desk and some chairs for people to sit down and chat. Geeta Colony is a crowded place, so there are always people walking by the window. We see a lot of the same faces every day. It is a local thing. We do not do any big advertising or anything. Most of the people who come in are just neighbors or friends of friends. We know the blocks around here really well because we have spent so much time walking them. Sometimes it is quiet, and we just drink tea and wait for someone to drop in. Other times everyone shows up at once and it gets a bit hectic inside. We handle the paperwork and the talking ourselves. It is not a corporate office with a lobby or anything. It is just a shop. We keep the files in the back and the maps on the wall. It is a basic way to run a business but it works for us. We have been in this spot for a while now and don't plan on going anywhere. It is home. We know the streets and the people. It’s what we do every day without any fuss.
