Our office is located at F-148 in the Double Storey Quarters on Idgah Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of local activity, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We provide services for hotels and restaurants, so we are always talking to people in the food industry. It’s a fast-moving business, but our office stays pretty grounded. We have some desks, a couple of computers, and lots of folders everywhere. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. It’s a real office where real work happens. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on Idgah Road, but we just close the door and keep at it. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just know how the restaurant business works and we try to help our clients with what they need. Most of our staff has worked in hotels before, so they understand the long hours and the stress that comes with that world. We keep things simple and honest. If a customer calls with a problem, we just try to figure out a solution that makes sense. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't need a lot of extra polish to do our jobs well. We just take it day by day and do our work.
