Resuscitations Pvt. Ltd. is located in Dilshad Garden at L-100 C. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the other side of the city. The neighborhood is very lived-in and has a lot of small shops. We work out of a modest space that we have fixed up over the years. We focus on medical and life-saving equipment, which is serious work. But the atmosphere in the office is actually pretty relaxed. We have a few desks pushed together and a corner for testing the gear. There’s always someone coming in or out. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us working on a laptop or checking a piece of equipment. We handle everything from the initial order to the final delivery. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the inventory counts. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we take turns tidying up the place. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We know our stuff because we’ve been doing it for so long. We aren't interested in sounding big or corporate. We just want to provide the equipment that people need. It’s a small, honest shop and we like it that way. We just keep things simple and get the work done.
