Relief Medical Systems is located at Wz-529-A in Sri Nagar, right in Gali No. 1. If you are looking for us, we are tucked behind the Hanuman Mandir in the Shakur Basti area. It’s a very residential-feeling spot for a medical business. We have been here quite a while and most of the people in the lane know us by now. The office is just a simple place where we keep our records and some of the smaller equipment. We spend our time answering calls and trying to help hospitals or doctors get what they need. We don't have any big brochures with "innovation" or "excellence" written on them. We just try to be reliable and show up on time. The temple nearby means there is often music or bells ringing, which we’ve grown to like. It is a very humble setup, honestly. We have a small staff and we all know how to do a bit of everything. If the phone rings and someone is out, someone else just picks it up. We aren't trying to be the biggest medical supplier in Delhi. We just want to do our job well enough that people keep calling us back. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just steady work and local connections. We like being part of the Shakur Basti community and just doing our thing day by day.
