Down in A-Block of Vikaspuri, you’ll find us at Reliance Retail Ltd. This hypermarket is a big part of the local area in New Delhi. It gets really crowded on weekends, which keeps us on our toes. We have a lot of stuff on the shelves. Sometimes it’s hard to keep everything perfectly straight when there are so many shoppers, but we do what we can. It’s a noisy, lively place. New Delhi life is fast, and we fit right into that pace. We aren’t a small corner shop, but we still know a lot of the regulars who come by. We spend our days checking inventory and helping folks find the right aisle. The building itself is just a regular structure in the block. We don't have any grand philosophy. We just want to make sure the doors are open when people need us. It’s a lot of walking back and forth across the floor. Our team is just local people from around the city. We talk about the cricket scores or the traffic while we work. It’s a straightforward business. No fancy slogans or anything like that. We just stock the items and wait for the morning rush. It feels real. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a big store in Delhi is. We’re glad to be here in Vikaspuri. The floor can get a bit dusty from all the foot traffic, but we mop it when we can. It’s just how it goes.
