Reliance Retail Ltd

We are located over in Raja Ji Puram in Lucknow, at house C-346. This Reliance Retail Ltd branch has a very specific feel to it, a bit quieter than the main city centers but still very active with families and small shops all around us. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now, handling the retail side of things for the U.P. region. The building is a standard house structure that we converted into an office space so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff business environment. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it is just a group of us working through the daily tasks that come with running a retail business. We handle a lot of coordination here, making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. Lucknow can get quite dusty and hot, so we usually have the coolers running full blast during the summer months. Our neighbors know us well and we see the same people walking past every morning. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don't use any complicated systems or have big meetings for no reason. We just sit down, look at what needs to be finished for the day, and get to it. Sometimes we order food from the stalls nearby when we have a long afternoon ahead. It is just how we work. We usually close the doors around 6 PM.
